About Schreck, Courtney, Escobar & AssociatesOur Client-First PhilosophyThere are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work. That said, in our experience as Central Florida real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our customers first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our customers. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Central Florida areas, please contact us! There are 300,000 licensed Real Estate agents in the state of Florida. Of those, 156,000 are REALTOR members. Allow us to introduce ourselves:
Members of our team have the following Designations and Certifications recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR): ABR, RSPS, CIPS, TRC, GRI and e-PRO.
So what exactly do all these letters mean?
Real Estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. Over 30,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience.
RSPS is offered by the National Association of Realtors for resort & second-home specialists around the world. This designation is for Realtors who concentrate in resort and second-home markets. The RSPS core certification requirements are over 60 hours of additional classroom training including the NAR Resort & Second-Home Market Course, the RLI Tax-Deferred (1031) Exchange Course and additional education related to the subject. There are only 3 Realtors in Central Florida that have been awarded this certification.
The CIPS network is comprised of only 1,500 real estate professionals from 50 countries who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused on the international market. Whether traveling abroad to put deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in local markets, CIPS designees are consumers' best resource to ensure they are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.
This certification prepares real estate professionals to make and receive referrals using the Transnational Referral system developed by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations—ICREA. The Transnational Referral Certification demonstrates to other real estate professionals that we are well versed in the procedures of the Transnational Referral system and have pledged to follow a code of conduct in business dealings which is an integral part of the transaction.
The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
